Think Tank Airport International Rolling Camera Case - Outside ViewWhen I travel, do event photography, or wedding photography, I often have to drag two bags with all my equipment. It can be a real pain and it hurts my shoulders because of all the equipment I carry. I have been planning on buying a rolling camera case before I take my St. Thomas vacation next month. Today I stopped by Schiller’s Camera Store in St. Louis, Missouri and picked up a few new items. At the top of my list was a rolling camera bag. I looked at a few bags by Lowepro and Tamrac. Once I saw the Think Tank Rolling cases, I decided that was the best one in the store. I ended up with the Think Tank Airport International case.

Think Tank Airport International Rolling Camera Case - Inside ViewAfter taking the case home, I started unloading all my equipment from the two bags I currently carry. I typically carry both my Lowepro Slingshot 2 and Slingshot 3 bags with me and both of them are totally loaded. I also have to carry my 70-200mm lens in its own bag. I was able to fit 3 camera bodies, 5 lenses, 3 speedlight flashes, my Gary Fong Lightsphere, 4 lens hoods, and a ton of accessories.

The Airport International is just the right size to fit into the overhead compartment of an airplane. It has 3 locks to keep all the equipment secure. The main section of the case is secured by two locking clasps that secure the zippers. There is a steel cord that can be attached to a table, chair, or pole and it is securable with a combination lock. There is also a steel cable that can be extended from a front pocket and includes a combination lock. This can attach a laptop bag or something else to make sure it isn’t stolen or fall off.

The quality of the bag is superb and there are so many dividers that I’ll never need them. I ended up pulling out about ten dividers that I didn’t need and I stored them in my Lowepro Slingshot 3 bag - it is temporarily retired.
